Is this only for Red Seal prep?

No. Red Seal prep is one part of the platform. The broader goal is compliance, onboarding, customer service, manager training, and business skills.

Can managers assign training?

Yes. The manager/owner side is designed around assigning training, changing due dates, reviewing progress, and supporting team follow-up.

Will it work on phones?

Yes. The stylist experience is being designed mobile-first, while the owner and manager views will also work well on desktop.

Is this legal advice or formal certification?

No. It supports internal training and recordkeeping. Compliance content should be reviewed against your workplace obligations and professional advice when needed.
